are ppl in penang blind or uneducated?

went for cheng beng today and so was dragged outta bed aroud 7am. Went the our first destination for cheng beng, which was somewhere near to PCGS. after we were done there we went to the sleeping buddha place(can't rmb what's it called). that was when i got really annoyed. not sure since when but notices were put up to remind ppl not to burn candles, incenses and those paper things. but the ppl just won't bother with the notice. they still do it, burning stuff in there. did they forget that it's a tourist site as well? so yeah, pretty pissed at these ppl cuz they make such a mess. i'm just thinking their either uneducated or blind that they couldn't read the notice. it's a god damn notice for a reason. you have to NOTICE a notice. ppl....

lin yu zhong aka sony cyber-shot promo guy

Singer's Name: Lin Yu Zhong
He is 27 years old and his talents discovered when he was entertaining in a pub when he was in college. His songs are alright(i'm not a fan). His taste in music is something like lee hom's which is not better than lee hom's.
He's also known as the sony cyber-shot promo guy. He was in gurney today, though i didn't know who he was at all until my friend took a hard time to explain it to me. I'm not familiar with asian artists, i prefer sticking to the ones i know. To be honest, he's not that good looking but chicks seem to dig him so i must be the weird one.

addiction

i'm getting addicted to muse but that doesn't mean i'm becoming emo. they know good music and i appreciate their work. So don't go round calling me emo when i listen to their songs. i know you say that cuz you feel insecure and you are wanting attention. just don't say that i'm emo, music doesn't determine whether a person is goth, emo or simply pathetic. music is music, it is art and ppl appreciate it in their own way.

(my fav song is "sunburn") :P

rockstar

heard of "rockstar" by nickelback? if you haven't, you should! And when you do, listen to the lyrics, it's awesome. But if you already have, good on ya! :)

audition

today was quite an interesting day for me. i was just minding my own business till my neighbour gave me a call. she asked if i were to be interested in attending this thingo where a singer was attending and i'm like :" ok, i need a break from work anyway." so off we went to gp and just took a few snaps of him and went off window shopping. she did buy that cute little thing from the movie cj7. after a while, i spotted this star search thing. and i found out more info bout it. it turned out to be this search for a few cast members in a comedy film that singer was gonna be in. so i thought, maybe i should try it out and i did. doubt that i got it cuz i think they thought that i was too young (was probably the youngest to audition). Guess they just thought that i'm still in school and they don't wanna ruin my future or crap like that. i understand, but at least i gave it a shot. wasn't that bad. ppl did enjoy my audition and they think i would get in but the age and the prob with where i'm at at the moment for my eds, guess they couldn't.

Water Tennis

As the only active player to accomplish the career Grand Slam, Serena Williams is comfortable playing on a variety of tennis surfaces.
But on Tuesday Williams stepped away from traditional hard, grass, and clay courts to take part in the world’s first game of tennis on water.
Standing on top of a 110 foot swimming pool at the new Gansevoort South Hotel’s exclusive 22,000 square foot rooftop retreat, Serena enjoyed a friendly hit with ATP star Rafael Nadal.
It took an underwater construction crew seven days to build two invisible platforms at either end of the pool using a combination of acrylic sheets and tubes.

wow..water tennis now huh..just one question, how do you bounce the ball?

Volleyball Match

yesterday i attended one of my closest friend's volleyball match. It was a good match, but I'd have to say that the competition wasn't tough enough. The intensity of the game wasn't quite out there. For example, Dalat. The girls in the Dalat team were huge and muscular but, they lack the technique. If they worked hard enough and tried a little more patience they would seriously kick butt out on the court. But i guess their lack of skill was an advantage to the Union High team. The girls did a great job. The serve and the spikes were beautiful. That day was an easy match for the Union High team. I may not be around in pg much but I'm still a union girl at heart. The second they hit the score of 25, relief was in the air, i couldn't be happier for the girls. Though was surprised that Heng Ee won this time. I guess one can never hold on to number 1 forever. I do hope the girls bring back the gold for today. It's a state match and I'm pretty sure there's gonna be some tough competition out there.

It just ain't fair!

Sometimes I wonder what's going on in the world. I met someone that is so amazing, so generous, so full of joy. This person is a great mentor to me, to all my friends. I may not have known this person for long, but i know enough to care for that person.
One day, you see the person you care so much, filled with laughter and energy and the next thing you know, in two weeks time their not coming back, ever. It's not fair, why does someone with a heart of gold, suffer a fate so dark. I guess there never will be a happy ending for everyone. Life is just tough on us. But it kills me to know that people whom i love are leaving forever. It's not fair...
